National Parks
The Grand Canyon
One of the most spectacular examples of erosion in the world, Grand Canyon is a World Heritage Site offering unparalleled views from its rim and from the Colorado River running along the Canyon floor a mile below.
El Tovar, Grand Canyon National Park
El Tovar retains the elegant charm that guests have experienced and enjoyed since its opening in 1905. Sympathetically renovated in 2005, former guests include Theodore Roosevelt and Albert Einstein. Set ideally on the south rim, this is a great place to stay whilst you explore the famous scenery of the area.
Bryce Canyon
At Bryce Canyon National Park in Southern Utah, erosion has shaped limestone, sandstone and mudstone into thousands of other worldly spires, fins, pinnacles and mazes known as ‘hoodoos’.
