  • Although there is no minimum residency for Antigua we recommend 3-4 working days for arrangements to be made.
  • Valid original 10 year UK passport which expires more than 6 months after the date of your return to the UK.
  • Your original birth certificate.
  • If you have been divorced, the original decree absolute.
  • If you have been widowed, the former marriage certificate and the original of your partner’s death certificate.
  • If you have changed your name, the original deed poll proof of name change will be required. Please note that if you have been divorced and have reverted to using your maiden name then this counts as a change of name, and proof of that change will be required.
  • If you were adopted, the original adoption certificate.
  • Bride and groom must obtain affidavit in Antigua at a cost of approximately US$50 to confirm their single status.
  • All original documents must be taken with you when you travel.
