All weddings are legally recognised in the UK, we will take you through all the paperwork before you leave - We fully understand the importance of your special day and your own personal adviser will be with you every step of the way.
On Arrival at your Destination - You will meet with your wedding coordinator and together you will check that you have all the necessary documentation and set a suitable day, time and location for the ceremony. Your personal wedding coordinator will take you through every aspect of your ceremony offering all the expertise to make your special day go smoothly together with the finer points such as photography, videos, music and flowers. They are also able to advise on any beauty treatments that may be available before the big day.
The Day Before - Your personal wedding coordinator will meet and go through a final run of the ceremony with you, make any last minute changes if possible, put your mind at rest and answer any final questions.
The Big Day! - Your personal wedding coordinator will be on hand to ensure everything goes to plan, check the venue to ensure it has been decorated appropriately and aim to have everyone when and where necessary for the ceremony. Following the ceremony there will be time for the photographs before the celebrations begin.
The Celebrations - Depending on your party size, you may want a romantic dinner for two or alternatively, if you are with a wedding party, a reception lunch or dinner may be arranged. Most hotels offer a buffet service for these special occasions however if you require something specific on the menu (or room decorations and entertainment) your personal wedding coordinator will be able to assist.
